Jefferson Regional Medical Center is a nonprofit medical facility with 471 beds that serves more than 280,000 residents in a 10-county area. The medical staff is comprised of 130 physicians from specialties that range from endocrinology to rheumatology. Jefferson Regional offers the 55 Alive Driving Course as well as numerous support groups for persons with diabetes, Parkinson's disease and other medical conditions.
